Rachael Berry first joined the team over 25 years ago on work experience. Upon leaving school in 1997 she was handpicked by Mr Stephen Godber to become a full-time member of staff after seeing her passion and dedication for the Funeral Industry.

Rachael is Smethwick born and bred and has a wide knowledge of the local area and community. She progressed to become our mortician and embalmer alongside arranging and conducting Funerals.

In 2022 Rachael passed her Diploma in Funeral Arranging and Administrating and began her studies furthering for her Diploma in Funeral Directing. Today she oversees the day to day running of Stephen M Godber Funerals and you can rest assure that she will take care of every personal detail to ensure the arrangements and funeral day are carried out with the utmost respect and care.
